There are handicap-accessible restrooms located inside the Pavillion where the Children's Activity Center is located. There are portable handicap-accessible restrooms located on the pavement at the Festival site. As the vendors, concessionaires, and performance stage are located on the grassy Park grounds, weather conditions may affect mobility.
What should I bring? There are some bleachers but you might consider bringing your own lawn chair or blanket. If you want to shop or buy food bring some money but we won’t take any of it for admission. Since it is a FREE ADMISSION event, if you can consider a donation we would be very appreciative. The majority of the festival is outdoors so prepare appropriately whether its sunscreen and shades or rain boots and an umbrella. Above all, make sure you bring good vibes and a sense of adventure.

What kind of food will be available? We have all sorts of concessions to choose from. There is a variety of ethnic foods to try as well as festival favorites. See our food page for more information.
What happens if it rains? We are a rain or shine festival. If a storm is too bad or sets in for a while we will do everything we can to move the entertainment inside the pavilion. If weather conditions warrant a change, the decision will be posted on the Mid-Ohio Valley Multi-Cultural Festival Facebook page.A change to scheduled events due to weather will be made on a case-by-case basis. Severe weather conditions (thunder, lightning and heavy rain, high winds) will force the movement of some of the activities inside the Pavilion while other activities that cannot be relocated may need to be cancelled. We ask for your patience and understanding should the event need to move indoors.
Once the weather breaks we will start things back up outside as soon as it is safe to do so. Don’t let the rain keep you away. We will lay straw so bring your favorite rain boots and enjoy the day.

Where do performers check in? Performers can check in at the tent beside the stage. There will be a sign.
